“The bun hut” Traditional Caribbean food with an Asian twist. Truly a one of a kind experience.
For starters I had Bahamian cracked conch. And for my entree I ordered the Ultimate Bahamian experience seafood roti, then for desert I had the pineapple tart and piña colada rum cake. I was gifted a bottle of their own papaya flavored pepper sauce
Everything was beyond my taste expectations, honestly this was the most flavorful Caribbean food I indulged in NYC ever and that’s coming from someone who grew up eating island style food my entire life. Thank you so much for the experience @chefraytasteoftheislands & for being so informative. The whole staff is so welcoming & the music is the perfect touch to making you feel like you’re dining in Jamaica. Complete 10’s across the board for everything.
